金(jin)泉電(dian)力談及變壓器的種類(lei)很多,但(dan)其工(gong)作(zuo)原理基本都一樣,下(xia)面(mian)我(wo)們以收錄機里的電(dian)源變壓器為例,來介紹一下(xia)變壓器的工(gong)作(zuo)原理。
收(shou)錄機(ji)里用的(de)電源變壓器主要由初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)圈、次(ci)級(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)圈及(ji)鐵芯(xin)三部分(fen)組(zu)成。鐵芯(xin)一(yi)般為導磁良好的(de)硅鋼(gang)片疊壓而成(這(zhe)種結構可以減小渦流的(de)影響),初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)圈及(ji)次(ci)級(ji)(ji)(ji)線(xian)圈皆纏繞(rao)在鐵芯(xin)上。
電源變壓(ya)器工作時,將其初級線圈(quan)(quan)接入220V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,這(zhe)樣初(chu)級(ji)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中便有變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)通(tong)(tong)過(guo),我們知道,變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)周圍存在著變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場,而變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場通(tong)(tong)過(guo)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)又會轉為變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu),故變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器初(chu)級(ji)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)中電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)產生的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)磁(ci)(ci)場會通(tong)(tong)過(guo)磁(ci)(ci)阻很(hen)小的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)鐵芯耦合至次級(ji)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan),根據(ju)電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)感應(ying)理論,次級(ji)線(xian)圈(quan)(quan)所接的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)負載兩端便會產生感生電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓。這(zhe)就是變(bian)(bian)(bian)壓器的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)基本(ben)工(gong)作原(yuan)理。

金泉電力(li)了解到(dao)一(yi)般(ban)電源變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)為(wei)降壓(ya)變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi),這種變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)初級線(xian)圈(quan)匝數多于次級線(xian)圈(quan)匝數,可以(yi)將輸入端(duan)較高的交流電壓(ya)轉為(wei)較低的交流電壓(ya),改變(bian)次級線(xian)圈(quan)匝數即(ji)可獲得所需(xu)的交流電壓(ya)。
